Our Story
RW General Automotive and Tire Services opened on Kings Highway in 2003 and has worked on cars across Douglasville ever since. Two decades later, most of our business still arrives by word of mouth rather than advertising.
Most of our customers commute on I-20 and cannot afford to lose a car for a week. That shapes how we schedule. Routine work goes out the same day, and if a job grows past the estimate, we call you before we keep going.
Our shop sits at 3795 Kings Highway, just off I-20 at Exit 37. Oil changes, new tires, and major engine work all happen under the same roof, so nobody gets sent to a second shop halfway through a repair.
We are open Monday through Saturday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Walk-ins are welcome.
