RW General Automotive & Tire Services provides automotive repair, maintenance, tire services, used vehicle sales, and truck rental services. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Oil changes, fluid services, and routine maintenance
• Brake repair, engine diagnostics, and transmission services
• Air conditioning and cooling system repair
• Electrical system diagnostics and repair
• Used vehicle sales
• U-Haul truck and cargo van rentals

All services are performed by experienced technicians using quality parts. We service all makes and models of vehicles.

Pricing and Payment

• All prices are subject to change without notice. Estimates provided are based on initial inspection and may be revised if additional issues are discovered during service.
• We will obtain your approval before performing any work that exceeds the original estimate.
• Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
• We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards.
• Vehicles may not be released until payment is received in full.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind our work and offer the following warranty terms:

• Parts and labor warranties vary by service type and will be communicated at the time of service.
• Warranty claims must be reported promptly and the vehicle must be returned to our shop for inspection.
• Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
• Tire warranties are subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.
• Used vehicles are sold as-is unless a specific warranty is provided in writing at the time of sale.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• RW General Automotive & Tire Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
• We are not responsible for personal items left in vehicles during service.
• We are not liable for delays caused by parts availability, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Douglas County, Georgia.
